Sue Rawlins

County Councillor (Welton Rural division)

Sue has served as a Lincolnshire County Councillor for the Welton Rural Division since 2009. Sue has also served as a West Lindsey District Councillor having been elected to the Dunholme Ward in 2000 she served for fifteen years before choosing to retire at the elections in 2015.

Roger Patterson

Roger was born and brought up in Portsmouth until he moved to Lincolnshire in 2001. Roger served ten years in the Army, five and a half years of which he served in Northern Ireland.

Jessie represented the Lea Ward on West Lindsey District Council for 16 years until May 2023 during which time she fought hard to protect the interests of the residents.

Originally from Birmingham, Angela has lived in Caistor for more than thirty-five years.  Having qualified as a Primary School Teacher and has worked in schools in Birmingham and Lincoln she later studied at Hull University.

Stuart served as a West Lindsey District Councillor for the Torksey ward from May 2003 until September 2019 retiring to focus on his business and family life.

Ian Fleetwood was born in Lincoln and moved to the Bardney area aged 3.

Jackie Brockway

Jackie has lived in the Saxilby for fourteen years and loves being part of such a vibrant community. Before taking early retirement she was a Secondary School teacher and was Head of Music, Citizenship and Expressive Arts.

Owen Bierley

District Councillor (Caistor & Yarborough ward)

Owen is a local man through and through.  Born and brought up in Laceby, he moved to his present home in Keelby in 1979.  He began his schooling in Laceby, then studied for seven happy years at Caistor Grammar School, achieving success at both O and A level.  Later he furthered his education thro
