Tricia has overseen continued improvements in Children’s Services for Lincolnshire County Council over the last twelve years. She took over responsibility for the Children’s Services portfolio in April 2005.

Ian was born in Burton upon Trent in 1969, his father was a police officer and his mother was nurse. Both were active in the local community running youth groups which is where Ian’s ethos of giving service was fostered.
