Paul moved from Essex to Saxilby in early 2021 with his wife Faith. He is originally from a farming background in Sligo in the Northwest of Ireland and moved to England to study engineering at University in Manchester in 1992. His wife was born in Lincoln and her family still live in the county so Paul had been a frequent visitor to the area for many years before moving here permanently
Paul works in the telecoms industry, advising customers on the right telephony solution for their business requirements and in his spare time is a personal trainer, specialising in working with clients who are taking part in the marathon running distance. He also is a keen cyclist and swimmer and regularly competes at Triathlon.
A passionate and hard working individual who likes to make a difference, Paul is keen to work on minimising the impact the cost of living rises have on the local community, retaining the small village feel of the area, increasing the number of facilities & activities available to residents and protecting the beauty of the area we are lucky enough to live in here.
He has been one of the West Lindsey District Councillors for Saxilby since May 2023.
