Having moved to Lincolnshire 20 years ago to work as a teacher at Lincoln Christ's Hospital school, Glen had the privilege of eventually serving as Deputy Head Teacher for a number of years. He now works as a Head Teacher in a school along the East coast. 

His philosophy for life revolves around service for the greater good of the communities in which he is involved, attributes which he has demonstrated not only through
his time in schools but also through his previous role as a reserve Army officer for 13 years.  As Association Chairman, he hopes to continue his serviceand use this opportunity, to encourage members to work together to create a brighter future for the Association.
