Edward Leigh MP applauded the decision by the MoD to station the Red Arrows and the RAF’s Air Surveillance and Control System (ASACS) unit at RAF Scampton for the foreseeable future. This will include resurfacing the runway at RAF Scampton. He said,

Money from Conservative-controlled West Lindsey District Council is being spent in Nettleham on new covers for the village cricket pitch, at Mulsanne Park, and part of the refurbishment of the Village Hall.
